Superior Machined Products validates its equipment through Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Process Qualification (PQ).
In Process Inspection
Parts will be inspected and documented throughout the manufacturing process by highly skilled machinists and verified by qualified QC inspectors.
Final Inspection
Every job will go through final inspection before shipping. Product features that prone to damage and/or those that are dimensionally critical will be visually inspected, including 100% visual if required.
